CLASS FULL! Easy Peasy Vegan Cheesey Class (for beginners!) – Burlington
January 29, 2017 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Want to ditch dairy for good? If you’ve ever dreamed of making delicious vegan cheese and other dairy staples at home, but are unsure of how to go about it, this is the class for you!
Yes, it is possible and much easier to make than you might think it is!
The biggest hurdle many people have in going vegan is thinking they have to give up cheese and those rich creamy textures. It’s not true! There are so many ways we can make rich, luscious dishes with plant-based foods that are healthier (and kinder) than using animal-based ingredients.
We’ve heard many vegans say that cheese is something that they miss in their lives and finding a good substitute is difficult. Well, look no further, you can make amazing cheese at home using easy-to-follow recipes.
We will make:
- Mediterranean Herbed Feta
- Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese Ball
- Mac & Cheese Sauce
- Dill Havarti
- Quick Sour Cream
Bonus recipe: Rice Paper Bacon!
This class is for everyone – whether you’re already vegan and want to make your life more deliciously cheesy, or you are someone who is curious to learn more about animal-friendly alternatives, this class is for you! Bring a friend, and be ready to eat and have fun.
