Instructor Kathryn Hill will demonstrate how to make cultured cheese and block cheeses that melt… all dairy free! You’ll also learn the process for creating rejuvelac — a raw vegan fermented liquid made from sprouted grains that gives the cheese a sharp, tangy flavour.
