Originally a television journalist, in recent years she began following her passion to “veganize” all of her favourite foods since becoming vegan herself – to prove to everybody, including herself, that people can eat the same delicious food and desserts without harming anybody. She is a certified Rouxbe plant-based chef and a raw chocolatier having learned from the world leading raw chocolatier Amy Levin. Proud winner of the Toronto’s Totally Fabulous Vegan Bake-Off this year in the cake division.

  • Learn about the chemistry behind vegan white chocolate and how to use basic products easily found in the grocery store, plus an extra trick. Find out how to customize your chocolate to your own taste too! 

12:20-12:50pm Cooking demo #2: Pizza pops

  • Lucia will demonstrate how to make the base for a perfect pizza crust, with various presentation alternatives to the classic shape. Perfect for parties, picnics and most important – kid-approved!
