Indoor vendor space is SOLD OUT!

We’re still accepting applications for 1-2 outdoor food or drink carts to participate along with the two food trucks who are already registered.

You’re also welcome to submit an application if you’d like to be added to our indoor vendor standby list. 

Part of Vegfest Guelph’s regular venue, Goldie Mill Park, will be under repair and is closed to all events throughout the 2017 season. As such, we are pleased to be offering this Shop-Up Market, an event to showcase a broad range of vegan retail items including clothing, jewelry, body care and beauty products, housewares, gadgets, décor, art, accessories, knick knacks and packaged foods. Basically, all vegan everything! Food trucks will be available outside of the venue. Our plans for 2018 are still in development.

This is an exciting opportunity to celebrate the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle and to promote compassionate, sustainable and healthy living for all. The market will be held at 99 Woolwich Street, along the banks of the Speed River in beautiful downtown Guelph.

Please note: food may be served inside this venue, however it must be heated and prepared in the venue’s kitchen. 

By participating as a vendor in this event, your business will gain exposure to an important and growing demographic of consumers interested in all aspects of cruelty-free, plant-based living.

How to register

  1. By mail: Print the Vendor Package, complete the application form and submit with payment, OR
  2. Online: Submit the registration form. Once your application’s approved we’ll send an invoice. 

Please note: Registration fees are due upon acceptance of your application. Your registration is not complete until payment is received. Be aware that your spot won’t be secure/reserved until this step is completed.
